CARE & CLEANING
- Regular cleaning will keep the rug looking great for longer and will also help to improve the air quality in rooms.
- It is suggested to clean the rug once a week with a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust and dirt.
- Cut pile rugs made of natural fibers (wool, cotton, viscose) or long pile rugs should always be cleaned with plain, no-brush vacuum cleaner.
- Brushes or rotating turbo nozzles might wear off or damage the rug surface.
- The smaller rug can be shaken lightly to remove loose dust and dirt.
- Avoid intense shaking and whipping of the rug with your hands - this may damage the edge and the surface of the rug.
- Deep cleaning should be carried out at least once a year.
- Professional cleaning service is recommended.
- The surface of the rug can be cleaned at home with various rug or textile cleaning agents (foams, aerosols etc).
- Any cleaning agent should be tested first on a small, secluded place on the rug.
- Entrance mats should be installed in outdoor-indoor entrances to protect the interior space from dust and dirt.

STAIN REMOVAL
- Act quickly when a stain appears – the longer you wait, the harder it is to remove the stain successfully.
- Stains can be cleaned with soft cloth dampened in clean water or neutral soap solution.
- The rug should be dried properly after stain removal.
- Remove water based stains with a paper towel, clean sponge or soft cloth as quickly as possible to prevent the liquids from soaking into the rug.
- Solid stains should be scooped up with a spoon or removed with a dull knife. Do not scrub the stain. Soiled spot should be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened in a clean water and dried afterwards.
- The direction of the cleaning motions should be from the edges to the center.
- Excessive scrubbing may damage the rug surface, it is better to dab the stain.
- Avoid stepping on the freshly cleaned damp rug.
